Like many other businesses, we have leapt into action, investing in new and adapted practices to ensure the safety of both our employees and customers.

For those who are  looking to obtain a new vehicle, we want to make sure our full vehicle leasing process is still as seamless as possible while adhering to all government and social distancing guidelines.

Our online stock is updated regularly, meaning you can browse and reserve your perfect car through our all-new Customer Portal. 

Your Prestige Account Manager is also always on hand to answer any specific questions over the phone or via email, and your delivery or collection can be arranged at a time convenient to you.

Is Online Right For Me?

If you’re unsure whether purchasing a car online is right for you, then rest assured your new vehicle will be prepared to BVRLA standards and must pass our stringent 148-point check before leaving our state-of-the-art preparation centre.

However, if you would prefer to visit our showroom and view our selection of vehicles first hand, we have a range of measures in place to keep you safe while visiting us.

  • All vehicles are thoroughly disinfected inside and out
  • Face masks are mandatory on-site 
  • Social distancing guidelines are strictly adhered to
  • Hand sanitiser stations are available throughout the showroom
  • NHS COVID QR codes are stationed throughout the showroom

Your Safety, First

We have also added extra precautions to protect you when you take delivery of your new vehicle: 

Having My Car Delivered At Home

To ensure a safe delivery, your vehicle will be fully sanitised before arriving at your home. Once there, our delivery driver will wear a mask and gloves at all times and remain socially distanced before handing over your sanitised keys.

It is at this point we will also collect your part exchange and supporting documentation if you are trading in your old car.  

Collecting My Vehicle

If you are looking to collect your new vehicle directly from our showroom, this option is still available and safer than ever. Our dedicated handover team will be ready to greet you from a safe distance and take you around your new vehicle, which has arrived freshly prepared and sanitised from our preparation site.

Social Distanced Handover Process

Our handover team and all staff on-site will be wearing masks, and we politely ask that any customers collecting vehicles from us also wear masks where possible to ensure we adhere to government guidelines.
