Updated COVID-19 Message From Tom
Following the Government’s announcement on Saturday, I wanted to give you a quick update on how we’ll continue to support you throughout lockdown whilst adhering to the new rules.
Firstly, up until 5th November, we’ll be operating as normal. We’ll continue to welcome customers to our showroom and prep centre, and continue to operate in the same safe manner we have done for the past few months.
However, from 5th November until further notice, things will change a little.
You can still lease a vehicle online or over the phone, just as you’ve always been able to, and our manufacturer-trained technicians will still be on hand for your services, MOTs or any other work needed.
But, unfortunately, from 5th November, we won’t be able to welcome our customers inside our state-of-the-art showroom.
If you already have an order in place with us, you’ll be glad to hear that nothing will change.
We’ll be adding to our delivery team this week to ensure we can continue to provide you with the highest levels of service over the coming period.
And if you already have a delivery date in place with us, you can still expect to receive your vehicle on that day.
We’ll also still be able to offer vehicle collection at our showroom beyond 5th November, albeit all deliveries will take place in a designated, COVID-safe handover bay with social distancing measures and masks worn throughout.
As all collections will take place outside the showroom, it might be wise to bring a coat.
